But the last time a mistake was made in booking a transfer from the hotel to the airport by an employee of sanatorium.com and the fault was not admitted... no apologies... standard messages were received by email and that's all... great disappointment...

I have been using your service for several years. Everything was wonderful. But this year you seriously disappointed me. The website states that the hotel employs 7 medical personnel. So there are only 2 of them plus a massage therapist. There is no trace of a head nurse. Hence the chaos during the procedures, since the procedures are not scheduled in time. For lunch you have a buffet (soups and salads). Are you joking? One soup and one salad plus just chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots is what you call a buffet? You should definitely know about this, as I have seen your employees dining at this hotel before. All this smacks of some kind of deception. I hope that all these are temporary difficulties and that you will provide us with reliable information.
