Here you arrange a transfer from the airport to the sanatorium. You pay on the spot. We had problems with calls from America. Sometimes it was very difficult to get through. Due to the time difference, we had to call at five in the morning to get through to the office and ask our questions. The agent was not always on site and could answer questions. I made the mistake of relying on my friend’s information. It was necessary to talk and consult with a doctor. American doctors are very skeptical about spa treatment. They do not give any extracts or analyzes. I was surprised that no one at the sanatorium really looked at us or examined us. Everyone receives the same procedures, like in a factory, in a stream. Sanatoriums.com is only interested in sales. I would like to have a full list of services: paid and free. I liked the fact that Veronica, who took care of us from Sanatoriums, invited us on excursions and tried in every possible way to help. Thanks her!

Your performance was good. The transfer and return journey was on time, the vehicles were well equipped and the drivers were very courteous and attentive. I have already told you that when you book: the cost of the hotel and meals + the cost of the treatment should be split. A check on your part regarding the current condition of the hotels would be advantageous, for example. Hotel Adler. This hotel is getting quite old and needs to be partially renovated. Leaky windows (noise), worn carpets, dripping taps, missing thermostatic valves/heating, elevator maintenance, etc. For a 3* hotel, this is not a showpiece and ultimately falls back on them based on their recommendation.
