К сожалению, Вашу просьбу выслать посадочные талоны за 2 недели до вылета мы не могли технически осуществить из-за установленных правил авиаперевозчика. Мы всегда были с Вами на связи и старались подробно объяснить принцип работы авиакомпании, чтобы это не вызывало волнений. Также мы понимали Ваши переживания о сложностях с распечаткой талона, поэтому мы договорились с отелем, чтобы Вам на рецепции их распечатали. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас возникли негативные впечатления.
