Free transfer upon departure, it was a nightmare, we drove 100 km from our sanatorium to pick up vacationers from another sanatorium, and the travel time increased from 1.5 hours to 3.5. If we had known in advance, we would have left on the bus ourselves. And the promised free excursion is not organized, the time is inconvenient, you have to get to Druskininkai yourself. Didn't use it, bought it ourselves.

Мы передадим Ваши замечания о трансфере в отель, но хотим уточнить что групповой трансфер предусматривает отклонение от прямого маршрута из отеля в аэропорт. По многочисленным просьбам экскурсия по Друскиникаю была назначена в вечернее время, чтобы все клиенты успели пройти процедуры в санатории. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления.
