Moreover, I received confirmation of the amount twice, but... unexpectedly the bill came more expensive. A small amount, but the sediment remained. I wrote to Svetlana twice - NO RESPONSE. Maybe Covid had an impact. It’s a small thing, but now we’ll be more careful with promises from: sanatoriums.com. In general, keep your ears open - TRUST BUT CHECK.

I can recommend the hotel at any time. The staff was great. Marienbad is a beautiful city, we have been here 10 times. A lot still needs to be done to the houses, not much has changed for the better.

Great vacation, very satisfied. Holiday 5.06 to 18.06. 2022. Room is good, small but nice. Food is very tasty with a large selection: lots of fruit and vegetables, cakes. Staff is very nice and helpful. Treatments are very good. Pool is large and sauna area are clean. I recommend further. I'll be back. Thank you very much for everything 😊
