Мы всегда лично проверяем информацию о санатории и обладаем только достоверной информацией. На данный момент, главные изменения в санатории Kolonada - это питание и лечение. На сайте указана вся информация об изменении в лечебных программах. Также указана информация об изменении в питании - что теперь предоставляется только легкий обед. Нам очень жаль, что Ваш отдых был омрачен.

Уважаемый Boris Fishman, благодарим за Ваш отзыв! Перед открытием отеля мы лично убедились, что все замечания и просьбы клиентов учтены, и сервис санатория вновь вернулся на высокий уровень. Мы всегда лично проверяем информацию о санатории и обладаем достоверной информацией. На данный момент, главные изменения в санатории Kolonada - это питание и лечение. На сайте указана информация об изменении в лечебных программах, что для гостей, выбравших программу комплексного лечения - проводят 20 процедур в неделю, из них 15 процедур лечебные и 5 активные. А в пакет «Релакс лечение» входит 13 процедур: 8 лечебных и 5 активных. Также указана информация об изменении в питании - что теперь предоставляется только легкий обед. Нам очень жаль, что Ваш отдых был омрачен.
