Sanatorium Venus. To say that we were delighted would be an understatement, it was fantastic. The hotel is located in the very center, so convenient that it’s even impossible to describe, within walking distance, literally a 3-minute walk from the springs, 5 minutes from the main street with shops, excellent food (special respect to the chef), everything was very and very tasty, excellent attitude of the staff, I would especially like to mention the doctor - Tatyana Bocharova, a very competent doctor, we were glad to hear competent recommendations and get answers to long-standing questions. I would also like to note the nurses, everyone, without exception, was friendly and attentive, after the doctor’s appointment you go to the nurses who are located next to the doctor’s office and the nurse describes the therapy program, they met us in all matters. In a word, the hotel deserves the highest rating, I recommend it to those who really want to improve their health and leave Karlovy Vary rested and healthy! Thanks to the hotel management for such an excellent organization, for the amazingly attentive staff! Now I perfectly understand the hotel’s clients who return to it 6..8..10 times...apparently we will also be among them!

Unfortunately, in our case, Sanatoriums.com sometimes didn't take our wishes into account personally. The flight details were repeatedly asked, even though we always stated that we were traveling by private car. Because this statement was ignored, confirmation of the transfer of the invoice amount is still missing. This caused no small amount of stress when checking out of the hotel. We had the impression that this company wanted to provoke double payment.

Good booking. Good price-performance ratio. Booking the trip to Prague could be even clearer. Unclear pickup location (tennis court). One thinks of the entrance area of the tennis court. The photo also suggests this. But pickup was on the other side (to the right of the tennis court) on the main street. We almost missed it. Best regards, Müller-Rüb
