Great. This is not the first time I have used it. True, the last time was not a very pleasant story. I booked the Colonada sanatorium. After some time, they called and said that he no longer provides sanitary services. They themselves suggested Garden Pramen. Okay, I agreed. And even 2 or less weeks later they called and said they don’t accept you and canceled your reservation already in writing. They didn’t really understand why? And silence. But we already bought plane tickets. They didn't even offer another option!!! Here's a case. I had to look for it myself. Even though anxiety has settled in your soul, what if something is not clear again?

Действительно, забронированный Вами санаторий Колонада принял решение возобновить работу без лечения. Мы Вам сразу об этом сообщили и предложили альтернативные варианты размещения на курорте. Санаторий Садовый Прамен был предложен в качестве альтернативного варианта с учетом Ваших пожеланий, однако проживание в этом санатории возможно только с вакцинами, которые получили согласие EMA. К сожалению, вакцина, которой Вы прошли вакцинацию не соответствовала им и мы были вынуждены аннулировать бронь, о чем сразу Вам сообщили. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства и будем рады помочь Вам при следующем бронировании

I found the Sanatoriums.com portal on the Internet by accident. I started looking at holiday offers. I liked how everything on the portal is structured and easy to find. The girls respond very quickly by email. On the eve of departure, excursion offers were posted on Whatsapp. The day after my arrival, an employee visited me at the hotel and told me about excursion offers. I was only there for a week and therefore couldn’t find a time to go somewhere. You need to come for at least 10-12 days in order to have time to see something besides treatment and procedures. Return transfer: I was informed in advance about the departure time. Only positive assessments from me!
