There was empty and long correspondence without any results. Rather, they were unsubscribes. My problem was solved only after contacting Evgeniy. Both mine and my husband’s vacation was under threat. I always recommend it to relatives and friends. This year I vacationed with relatives who ordered a transfer and live near Paderborn. To Karlovy They were brought to Vary by the driver Alexey, very attentive and knowledgeable of his business, the relatives were happy, despite the long journey. But the road home on July 17, 2021 was very tiring and unreasonably long. I don’t know the name of the driver, but he also knows his business. Apparently the dispatcher compiled The route was not entirely optimal, we drove for more than 9 hours, which was very tiring for both passengers and the driver.
