Unfortunately there was probably a misunderstanding. We were told by the doctor at the hotel that we would not be prescribed massages, as massages are not included in the sanatorium treatment package. Although you wrote to us that this is not true and we said so at the hotel, we unfortunately had to pay extra for the massages. The last time you wrote to us, you told us that if you received a response from the hotel you would then let us know. Unfortunately, this has not happened to date.

Great job, I received information about our trip in a timely manner. I really enjoyed the excursion to Prague, I especially want to mention our guide Alena Reznikova and driver Martin. The transfer to Marianske Lazne was wonderful with the driver Nikolai, he drove carefully and kept up the conversation. The return transfer was terrible, the driver, unfortunately, did not ask his name, he was driving too fast, he was exceeding the speed limit in populated areas, he was making dangerous maneuvers, when the speed on the autobahn rose to 180 km, I reprimanded him. He reacted. We drove further at 120 - 130. It was scary to drive, we got seasick. I even had to take pills to lower my blood pressure along the way. It felt like our driver was in a hurry to get somewhere. At the moment there is no desire to use your transfers anymore.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday in Karlovy Vary on the Sanatorium website. I like that each hotel is described in detail, you can watch videos, photos, and reviews. Sometimes information changes in the hotel, it would be ideal if hotels reported the information to Sanatorium and they could update all the data in a timely manner. But in general, I think that the most important points can be clarified through the company manager. Thank you!
