Bad!!! We, 4 people, had to travel home two days early due to a death/funeral. Would like the remaining money back. It was said on site that it was not a problem. We just have to go to the portal www.sanatoriums.com. turn around. All attempts failed! Apparently no confirmation was received from Egle. Unbelievable...

The additional service - a tour to Prague - was not clearly formulated and therefore not all vacationers implemented it. It is advisable to disclose what exactly anyone who has entered into a public agreement with Santorium must do to receive such a tour upon arrival at Westend or another hotel.

The service for booking the sanatorium is good, but the transfer to the hotel and back was disappointing, when I arrived in Vilnius no one met me, I had to call the numbers provided, as a result I lost 15 euros on calls, they could have informed me in advance that the transfer would be 2 hours after arrival. The return was also false, she said that I was at Villa Colonada, and the car drove up to the central building, and the driver did not help with the suitcase, he only took the suitcase when I dragged it to the car, and we had come to treat our backs and joints.
