In 2018 and 2019, I vacationed with friends at the Monti SPA Hotel. This year I also decided to use your website and book a room, the website indicated that if you want a discount, then call the number: +420355455981. Having called, I found out that when booking by phone there will be an additional 5% discount, and the discount is not available when booking independently on the site, but only by phone. There are certain disadvantages here; you have to wait for a discount from several days to a week, as in my case. During this time, prices may change and there may be no available rooms left. Since there are several people on the indicated number +420355455981, confusion arises, I have repeatedly received messages clearly intended for other clients of your site.
