Good service, the only drawback was that the vacationer changed due to illness before arrival. I wrote to the site with a request to inform the sanatorium about the change of name. They assured that everything had been handed over, but in the end, when they arrived, no one knew about it and within two days they had to change the printouts for treatment and food.

Generally easy to handle. When the final booking was made, however, the execution was different than desired. Instead of immediate payment with a credit card or a discount, payment was due upon arrival with a higher price. It was also not clear whether a deposit had been booked from the card.

Хотим уточнить, что при бронировании указана информация, что по международным стандартам время ожидания выезда группового трансфера может составлять от 1 до 1,5 часов. Но транспортный отдел sanatoriums.com при распределении трансферов старается для удобства гостей группировать авиарейсы так, чтобы время ожидания выезда из аэропорта было минимальным.
