We checked into Jessenius without any problems. We booked the Sun sanatorium in Mariinskie Lany for another seven days, we couldn’t withdraw money from the Card, we arrived at the sanatorium and said that we would pay you in cash, but no, they didn’t book the sanatorium for us, only through the head office in Prague!!!!

In response to an appeal with a request to resolve the problem resulting from the provision of false information, they gave a formal answer without even delving into the problem. Very bad. Great service! An excellent guide, Elena, who led a walking tour of Karlovy Vary - interesting and informative. There were excursions around Prague, Karlovy Vary and Loket - each guide had his own version of the origins of Karlovy Vary. One time Karl put his leg in the water and he felt better, another didn’t help Karl, and the third one made a wounded deer feel better. They also say different things about the composition of water. Additional knowledge training required
