Everything is at a good level (except for one complaint recorded earlier - they did not warn the hotel about the presence of a dog and assured that there was no need to warn, as a result, the hotel did not have rooms for living with animals, but they were still accommodated in a more expensive room) . For those who like to vacation with a pet, I recommend checking with the hotel yourself and notifying them about the presence of the animal. Otherwise everything was fine, including transfer in both directions. Thank you!

The staff was great! we were picked up at the airport and driven to our sanatorium which was very convenient!. The week after we had to change hotels and we got help with the transfer again. The communication is excellent - fast and efficient. The website is super informative and clear - great job.
