After I received an email confirming my reservation, I followed the link, clicking on the “confirm reservation” button and was taken to simply information about my reservation. I checked the dates and the resort and left. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, it turned out that my reservation had been cancelled! How is this even possible? How was I supposed to confirm?? Explain!

Затруднения возникли в связи с тем, что у Вас было 2 идентичных брони у нас на сайте, номера бронирований 198173029 и 196857579, которые были созданы с разницей в 2 дня. Мы Вас об этом предупредили, и Вами была подтверждена бронь под номером 196857579, также был заказан трансфер, который Вас встретил. Но при поселении в отель Вы показали подтверждение второго бронирования (198173029) которое было аннулировано. Вам был предоставлен номер, согласно забронированной категории
