По-поводу Ваших замечаний, хотим уточнить, 1. информация о бесплатной экскурсии указана на сайте, также при бронировании приходит письмо-подтверждение, в котором подробно указана информация, что входит в стоимость Вашей брони, также контакты представителя, написав которому Вы можете записаться на эту экскурсию. 2. При поселении в отель Вам нужно показать распечатанное подтверждение о бронировании, которое Вам приходит в письме. Если Вам необходим ваучер, Вы всегда можете написать нам почту info@sanatoriums.com и менеджеры в течении 2-х рабочих дней Вам его оформят. 3. Проанализировав Ваши запросы, мы не нашли вопрос о стоимости халатов, приносим наши извинения, если мы не ответили на него.
