There is no feedback, not a single customer service phone answer. Nobody called back. The information on the site does not correspond to reality. Every year the work of Sanatoriums is getting worse. Probably the business is dying.

At Prague Airport, the representative must have a sign with the name "sanatoriums.com"! On September 8, 2019 I was not met at Prague airport. It took more than an hour to wait. Only thanks to the help of a driver from another company, who contacted the dispatcher of your company by phone, the situation was resolved. I was brought to Karlovy Vary by a driver who was taking his passengers (to their displeasure) to Marianske Lazne.
