Transfer from the airport with friends ordered two cars. One driver arrived, who apparently decided to make money; it was uncomfortable for three adults to ride in the back seat with a suitcase. We ordered two cars back again, it’s great that a good minivan arrived. I called about a return transfer, due to the fact that I did not receive confirmation by email, the girl, very inattentive, promised to send and sent us a message on September 15 regarding the transfer for September 7. It’s good that there was no glitch with the return transfer. Thank you for your help with postponing the holiday by one day.

Excellent service, we used it for the first time, it was a little scary to go without official confirmation from the hotel, but everything turned out to be excellent. The group transfer was normal, there was a delay on arrival, but not the fault of the person meeting us. Transfer prices are a bit high. Yes, the minus in the transfer: when we were driving to the hotel and back in the car it was very stuffy, the air conditioning hardly worked, despite the fact that the driver was turning the knobs there. Fix the air conditioners in the cars, it’s really an inconvenience, driving for two hours in stuffy conditions for 72 euros is somehow not very good. The excursion to Bamberg was excellent, it’s good that Elena dissuaded us from combining it with Nuremberg, thanks to her for that. In general, it is better to remove the combined one. As a suggestion for developing the site: you can put information about excursions on the site so that people can plan in advance where to go. You can also mark a map/list of attractions for a specific resort. It will be useful when choosing a resort and after choosing when preparing for your trip.
