It's hard to evaluate a service that doesn't exist. None of the contacts are working. Phone, Skype, whatsapp... It’s impossible to get through by phone, emails are answered within a few days, and even then not always. There are no representatives at the hotels. In order to solve the simplest question, you have to sit for hours on the phone or at the computer. If you are lucky enough to get through, they will respond with rudeness or hang up. I will try to avoid Sanatoriums services in the future and will not recommend anyone to use this site.
