the restaurant workers gathered at the bar and for a long time only communicated with each other and ignored us! We wanted to ask the receptionist for help to somehow save our Christmas Eve. The lady at the reception told us that no one from the boss was there, we can put it all in writing the next day. At this time the festive food was almost gone. That means our Christmas Eve was finally ruined. The next day and when we left we again didn't see anyone who could at least say "sorry" to us.
