We rested and received treatment from 04/17/19 to 04/30/19. This was our first time using the services of SANATORIUMS.COM, although we had visited this hotel before for five years. We are very glad that our worries about our new coordinator were in vain. We were met at the airport absolutely on time, we didn’t wait a minute for the driver, the first sign we saw from those greeting us was with our name, and we were also pleasantly surprised when we realized that instead of a group transfer, we received an individual one. Accommodation at the reception was also prompt and took into account our wishes for accommodation. The next day, upon arrival, Marina, a representative of SANATORIUMS.COM, came to the hotel and helped us get an appointment with a doctor. The transfer to the airport was also well organized. The rest and treatment were positive, for which we are very grateful to SANATORIUMS.COM

Convenient location of the resort. It is convenient to get to the starting point of excursions. They respond quickly to emails from sanatoriums.com (many thanks to Irene). An excellent guide to Prague is Alena Ryazanova, she led the excursions well (informatively and reliably), and handled organizational issues perfectly, the bus was excellent. The transfer to Karlovy Vary and to Prague is excellent.
