Thank you, I have been contacting you for many years, you always respond in a timely manner. Yes, I reserved the Libenski Hotel in November, but SUDDENLY they introduced payment not on the day of arrival, but three months earlier. Therefore, I made a reservation again for the same date through your website, and canceled the previous one. I arrived, checked in, paid. By the way, in March (and in previous years) they did not have such a requirement. It seems that they began to create obstacles for clients. Good luck!

the Kurhotel Pro Patria, due to the courteous staff, be it within the hotel organization or due to the good medical care of the spa doctors, who were accessible and available to the patients at all times and also adapted the treatment plans very well for the patients. This also includes any patient requests for changes. Furthermore, the hotel had a good location. We would like to book there again.
