Sanatoriums helped me a lot in choosing a hotel. Convenient website, detailed videos, letters. It was my first time visiting Karlovy Vary. And the information on the site was useful and reliable. Before arriving, I asked questions by mail, answers from Sanatoriums arrived in a timely manner. I went on an excursion to Prague. The excursion is well organized, gathering, bus, headphones, and most importantly a very good, competent guide Alena.

It's a shame that the trip to Prague only takes place on Thursdays. I found the midday snack offered in addition to half board to be appropriate for the season, and it was good to eat a warm soup for lunch.

The new building of the sanatorium, clean, with beautiful territory, good medical facilities, and friendly staff. Of the minuses, I will note a decent distance from public transport, supers and the cultural center. Vegetables and fruits available. Food claims to be dietary, but it is not, often yesterday’s dishes, monotonous, tasteless. 3 salads in the morning, afternoon and evening are the same every day. The waitresses are diligent and polite. Mineral water is prepared by the staff and sits in a jug all day. Medicinal teas are prepared from tea bags by pouring boiling water. The lack of handrails makes a number of procedures inaccessible to people with limited mobility and the elderly. There are rooms for wheelchair users, but there are no conditions for procedures. We had to ask for the bed and robe to be changed at least once every 10 days. The mattress is uncomfortable. Lots of insects. Getting to the sanatorium from the airport is mainly by transfer. It’s a very good sanatorium for healthy people, I won’t go there a second time. I would prefer another sanatorium.

Everything was wonderful, friendly girls at reception, daily cleaning, excellent service in the restaurant, competent nurses, working quickly and efficiently with clients. Minus - classic manual massage, lasted 15 minutes instead of 20 and was done very weakly

All services booked in advance were provided as agreed. The prices remained as agreed, as did the room selection. The transfer went smoothly. Since we were unable to transfer the return journey on site (technical difficulties on our part), a very good solution was found. Thank you very much for that. You can see that we were satisfied with sanatoriums.com because we booked for October 2024 yesterday. However, now Carlsbad.

I wrote above about the difficulties with booking on the website, I won’t repeat it. I know vacationers who paid for their vacation upon arrival and did not have the same problems as we did. If this approach does not change, you will have to look for other booking sites. I won’t recommend this site for now.
