This was our 14th time in Marienbad and our 9th time at the OREA Spa Hotel Cristal. If we hadn't been satisfied with our previous stays, we definitely wouldn't have gone back. If we can, we will visit the Hotel Cristal again

I really liked the hotel "English Court" - the hotel is cozy and everywhere is perfectly clean. My room was not very big, but it was very cozy, TV (many channels, in different languages), free WLAN and safe, hairdryer, snow-white towels and bathrobe, large wardrobe, desk, etc., no furniture new, but solid and well maintained. All the staff: administrator, managers, doctors, massage therapists, procedural nurses, maids, waiters are all very polite and friendly. Many thanks to the cook and kitchen staff, everything was very tasty and home-cooked. I will definitely come to this hotel next year and recommend visiting this hotel to everyone who appreciates home comfort and cleanliness.
