Very easy and helpful. Good information, but nowhere mentioned that you are to pay extras for some procedures. Would be nice to know in advance. Transfer from airport on time and easy.

Понравилось, что все было хорошо организовано. В аэропорту нас уже ждали, чтобы отвезти в гостиницу и обратно отвезли вовремя к самолету. Постоянно посылали информацию по e-mail. Не нужно было делать check-in на самолет самим. Все было сделано за нас. Мы только распечатали билеты. Понравились экскурсии в Прагу (экск. Елена), Курортный треугольник и в немецкий город Bamberg (экск.Валентина). Продуманные, хорошо организованные и интересные экскурсии с экскурсоводами, которых было интересно слушать.

Very responsible staff. Thankful for the service. The only thing is that the transfer to the airport was 2 hours 20 minutes before departure instead of the minimum 3 hours

We were not at all satisfied with the organization of our booked outward transfer. Despite landing in Vienna on time, there was no transfer on site and we received no notification whatsoever. When we asked, there was no explanation, no apology, nothing. This is unacceptable and certainly not recommended. It cost us a lot of nerves and spoiled our vacation because we had to worry about something similar happening on the way back.
