The portal itself is very good and if you have any questions on the phone it is very friendly and helpful. The communication between the portal and the Kurhotel Medical Center is not exactly positive, but in my opinion it is the hotel's fault. You wait at the reception for days without a response and then you call the sanatorium yourself and lo and behold it works.

The team can't recommend a hotel, you have to extract every word from them. The doctor only replied in writing after 2 weeks. The transfer was delayed by 5 hours, the driver didn't answer at all, nor did the travel agency. I had to call the travel agency 3 times myself. Nobody cared about us. I will continue to travel with my old travel agent.
