It would be desirable if all communication could take place in German. The booking itself was possible in German and everything worked very well. The parking space reservation also worked in German. Unfortunately, the reply to the booking request for an excursion was in Russian. Unfortunately we don't speak this language. But we will book with you again and use your services.

The service is good and not objectionable. The shuttle bus is too small, the luggage is stored improperly and the driver on the return journey is very unkempt and rude and insulting. An unreasonable expectation for the guest who has to sit cramped next to him for hours. No information possible due to lack of knowledge of German!
