The portal attracts with its prices and package of included services. But I was not satisfied with the portal itself. Firstly, the online chat, which is supposedly 24/7, only works during standard business hours and days. The girl Svetlana answers dryly and without the desire to help, which, in principle, is not permissible for customer service. My reservation was confirmed, and a few days later they wrote that I could not come for the entire period. I had to figure it out for a long time, set up emails in order to somehow resolve the issue. Literally annoying. Almost all agents (online chat, excursions, answer briefly and like “everything is on the website, look…”). They didn’t help me with anything, they didn’t schedule it... In general, everything is fine before booking, after that no one cares about you.

К сожалению, отель решил сделать нерабочий перерыв в период Вашего бронирования, о чем мы Вам сообщили сразу как только получили информацию от отеля. Важная информация! Внимание! В связи с низкой загрузкой санаторий Kolonada закрывается ориентировочно до конца февраля 2022 года. Если вы забронировали или забронируете номер в санатории Kolonada, то будете поселены в Bristol Palace без каких-либо доплат.
