Everything is fine. As noted earlier, transfer to Karlovy Vary via Mariinskie Lazne is inconvenient. What did not add to your health!!! Oh God. That's another 2 extra hours. For elderly and/or sick people this is unacceptable. . It is understandable when arrivals are taken to hotels in the same city or picked up along the way. But without warning, and without giving the right to choose to use another option, this is, first of all, unprofessionalism and undermining the trust in the work of the company. No other comments. Great hotel. Everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

We use sanatoriums.com services with pleasure. Very convenient and clear website. Transfer and settlement were organized perfectly. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the excursion programs. I've been using the service for a long time. All good. Convenient, functional. Good hotels, good resorts. But the option of a voucher for treatment with a standard set of procedures in Montecatini raised eyebrows. Mud treatment is not allowed for everyone, nor is massage. It would be desirable if at least 3-4 options for sets of procedures were offered to choose from, depending on the needs and capabilities of clients.
