We use sanatoriums.com services with pleasure. Very convenient and clear website. Transfer and settlement were organized perfectly. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the excursion programs. It is necessary to give your recommendations to those purchasing a voucher about the days of arrival and departure in order to use the time for procedures more efficiently. For those who are going for the first time, this will help him a lot. More recommendations need to be given regarding the resort and its places, maybe this should be done by the one found, for example, the Eva pool, I discovered it only in the second week, I didn’t know that the pharmacies are not open on weekends, what buses are there and where to go drive through. Maybe it’s on the website but I didn’t see it.

I've been using the service for a long time. All good. Convenient, functional. Good hotels, good resorts. But the option of a voucher for treatment with a standard set of procedures in Montecatini raised eyebrows. Mud treatment is not allowed for everyone, nor is massage. It would be desirable if at least 3-4 options for sets of procedures were offered to choose from, depending on the needs and capabilities of clients.
